Hi, I’m Stacy Carp — founder of Eat All the Colors and creator of Focus on the End Game.

I’ve been focused on reducing my risk of chronic disease for most of my life. That focus intensified after my dad died from cardiac disease at just 56 — and I decided I didn’t want to follow the same path.
